Background: Steve brings nearly 14 years of manufacturing and machine operation experience to Lawrence Industries. Before joining our team, he spent more than a decade working as a machine operator at T&L Irrigation, building a strong background in production equipment, day-to-day machine operation, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

His experience also includes blueprint reading, forklift operation, and hands-on production work, giving him a solid foundation for learning the heat treating process and operating our furnace equipment safely and consistently.

Steve joined Lawrence Industries in August 2026 as a Furnace Operator. His years of manufacturing experience and familiarity with industrial equipment make him a strong addition to our production team as he continues learning our equipment, processes, and heat treating operations.
