Position Overview:
We’re hiring for an entry-level Basket Loader to join our first shift team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing and loading parts into stainless steel baskets with precision and care for the heat treat process. No prior experience is necessary — just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Load metal parts into baskets based on specific instructions and patterns
• Inspect parts before loading to ensure quality and cleanliness
• Handle baskets safely to avoid damage or injury
• Work closely with machine operators and shift supervisors to keep production moving
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines
